0.5 Ccarrots

½ cred onion

1 TbspFurikake seasoning
1 Tbspgarlic
Fresh mined

Instructions
Step 1
Prep and dice all veggies. Add all veggies mayo l, minced garlic to a bowl. Then add both cans of the LOMA tuno. Make sure that you mix all the ingredients really well
Step 2
Add parsley, furikake seasoning and all of the spices. Mix,mix, mix add additional salt and pepper if needed finally top off the tuna salad with the chia seeds and enjoy!
