Instructions

Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to the boil. Add salt to the water before adding the pasta.
Step 2
Add pasta and cook until al dente - or until it is cooked through but still has a bite.
Step 3
Drain the pasta, reserving 1 cup of the pasta water. Return the pasta to the pot.
Step 4
Add the remaining ingredients except the salt & pepper, stirring to combine. If it seems too thick, add some of the pasta water. Taste for seasoning.
