Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water.
Step 2
Melt the gorgonzola and reblochon on medium heat with the cream.
Step 3
Add the grated parmesan and mozzarella. Then stir.

Add the pasta and 2 tbsp pasta water. Stir again.
