Pasta is one of the most famous Italian dishes. It is easy to make and most of the times all the ingredients are sitting in the fridge. This is a version with nduja and mozzarella.

Instructions

Step 1
Pour a couple of spoon of olive in a pan with a clove of garlic. After five minutes, remove the garlic an put the tomato sauce into the pan.

Step 2
Decrease the heat, and add the nduja and the tomato paste. Stir and cook the sauce for about 15 minutes.

Step 3
Prepare the pasta. Cook it in salty boiling water as long as indicated on the box. For this dish, it might be better to choose a long type of pasta.

Put the mozzarella, a spoon of olive oil and some salt into a food processor and make a cream.

Step 5
When the pasta is ready, strain it and put it in the pan with nduja sauce. Add the half of the mozzarella cream too. Increase the heat and stir the pasta for a couple of minutes so the sauce can become more dense.
