Instructions
Step 1
Combine dry ingredients then mix in wet ingredients. Mix together very well. Knead dough for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Put ball of dough in large container with either a lid or plastic wrap on top. If using today, leave out in room temperature air for at least 1 hour. If using later in week, leave in refrigerator for 3-7 days.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 450°. While oven is heating up, start forming your ball of dough into a pizza shape by hand.
Step 4
Coat your pizza pan in olive oil and also sprinkle a light mixture of flour and cornmeal on top of oil. Place formed dough in pan.
Step 5
Brush a layer of olive oil on your dough all across the top. cook the dough by itself for 5 minutes then remove from oven. Add all toppings and cheese.
Step 6
Cook for 20-25 minutes checking pizza consistently to avoid burning. Pull pizza out when your desired crust is showing and brush a mixture of melted butter and garlic powder around the crust.
Step 7
Let sit for 5 minutes. while resting melt a scoop of butter with some garlic powder in the microwave. brush on crust and over toppings. Cut and serve.
