Instructions
Step 1
1. Take warm water and mix half sugar

2. Add yeast

3. Cover the bowl and leave it for 2-3 min

4. Take all purpose flour
Step 5
5. Add 1.5 tsp salt and remaining sugar
Step 6
6. Start making dough by adding yeast water
Step 7
7. Pull dough on kitchen slab for 5 min
Step 8
8. Drizzle little bit of olive oil
Step 9
9. Preheat oven at least temp and turn it off
Step 10
10. Cover the dough and put it in oven for 2 hrs
Step 11
Tip: roll the dough and leave them for another 1 hour
Step 12
Bake them for 12-15 min
Step 13
Tip: add them one by one to a hot sauce pan and cover with lid. Leave for an extra minute to give that extra crunch
