Instructions

Step 1
Activate yeast with honey and warm water for a few minutes. Soften butter in the microwave.
Step 2
mix all dry ingredients. Adjust erythritol. Mix with dough mixer
Step 3
Lightly beat eggs and add to dry ingredients. Add butter and yeast in that order. Hand mix at low speed. Mix at mid speed for 5-7 minutes until elastic
Step 4
Proof for 2 hours with cling wrap loosely on it. Or put in damp place with damp towel over.
Step 5
Score the centre after proofing. Bake middle rack 180C for 40-45minutes.
