Instructions
Step 1
Mix together apples, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Let stand for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Then add remaining ingredients. Mix well and pour into 9x13 pan.
Step 3
Bake 45 minutes at 350. Sprinkle brown sugar over the top of cake after baking for 5 minutes.
