Enchilada cornbread

This is a recipe I think my dad made up. Whenever I look for it in older cookbooks I can never find it. It sounds like a mess but it really is delicious.

Instructions

Step 1
Stir up the cornbread.
Step 2
Brown the hamburger add the enchilada sauce then stir in the refried beans. Cream well.
Step 3
Add a can of water if the mixture seems dry, should have lots of liquid. Most of the time I use 2 cans of water. Next add the cornbread mixture, and bake at 350 until done. 30 to 40 minutes. Enjoy
