This Sweet Potato Casserole is my absolute FAVORITE side dish at Thanksgiving or anytime really! It is perfectly sweet with a delicious crumb topping! It is always the first thing to disappear wherever I bring it!

Ingredients

3 cupssweet potatoes
cooked & mashed, skins removed
⅔ cupsugar
½ cupbutter
softened
2eggs
lightly beaten
1 tspvanilla
⅓ cupmilk
Crumble Topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Step 1
Boil (or micro.) sweet potatoes; cool to touch & remove peel.
Step 2
Mash, beating in sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, & milk until smooth & creamy.
Step 3
Pour in 9x13 greased pan. (If using a deeper, smaller pan, you can add some potatoes, a layer of topping, more potatoes, & a last layer of topping for more flavor.
Step 4
To make topping, combine ingredients together in sm bowl, stirring to combine. Crumble topping over sweet potatoes.
Step 5
Bake (30 min.)
