Mix all the wet ingredients until well combined, make sure the butter is not too hot or else it will curdle the eggs.

If you like it to be more fudgy, slightly underbake the brownies, or until when you stick a toothpick in the center and take it out, there are crumbs still stuck to the toothpick (but not wet batter). If you like it to be more cake-like, bake for a longer time, or until when you stick a toothpick in the center and take it out, there are no crumbs stuck to the toothpick.

4. Let the brownies cool down completely. In the meantime, make the icing by combining powdered sugar with lemon juice. Add the juice a little bit at a time, and mix until you get the consistency you like.
