Instructions
Step 1
Cut oranges and place in the bottom of the slow cooker
Step 2
Place gammon on top
Step 3
Add star Anise and cinnamon
Step 4
Pour in 500ml cider
Step 5
Turn on 4 - 5 hours on high
Step 6
Cut the oranges and place on a baking tray
Step 7
Take gammon from the slow cooker and place onto baking tray
Step 8
Score the fat side of the gammon with knife
Step 9
Mix Mustard, and honey in a small bowl and mix
Step 10
Pour sauce over the meat and brush all over
Step 11
Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C (Fan oven)
