Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350’. Brown beef with diced onions. Drain if needed.
Step 2
Add in the cream of mushroom and cheddar soup and seasonings. Heat on high until liquid boils, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
While that mixture is heating, peel and slice potatoes into thin slices. Place them in the bottom of a 9X13 until the bottom is covered. Pour milk over it all.
Step 4
Reduce the heat to the meat mixture and add the green beans. Stir together until it is well mixed. Pour over top of potatoes.
Step 5
Pour cheese over the meat until it is all covered. Sprinkle the rice crispies on top of cheese.
Step 6
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until the cheese is browning on the edges. You should be able to slide a toothpick through to the bottom easily.
Step 7
Let cool for a minute or two and serve!
