2 poundsground beef

3onions
large, diced

3cloves garlic
minced

15 oztomato sauce

1 cupbeef broth

2 tablespoonschili powder

2 tablespoonssemisweet chocolate chips

2 tablespoonsvinegar

2 tablespoonshoney

1 tablespoonpumpkin pie spice

1 teaspoonsalt

1 teaspoonground cumin

½ teaspoonground cardamom

¼ teaspoonground cloves

16 ouncesfettuccine
broken into 4-inch lengths

2 x 15.5 ouncecans kidney beans

4 cupsAmerican cheese
shredded
Instructions
Step 1
In a large pot, cook beef, 2 cups of onion, and garlic until beef is brown and onion is tender. Drain fat and stir in remaining ingredients except fettuccine and cheese. Bring to boiling, then reduce heat. Cover and simmer over low heat 1 hour. Skim off fat.
Step 2
Cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
Step 3
Serve by topping fettuccine with chili, remaining onions, and cheese.
