Instructions

Step 1
In a pan add the onion and ground turkey. Once the meat is cooked through drain any excess grease.
Step 2
Stir in the taco seasoning, beef broth, and salsa. Bring to a boil.
Step 3
Once the liquid starts to boil add in the pasta. Stir until pasta is submerged. Switch heat to low, cover, and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Stir once before topping with the cheese. Cover for 2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
