Instructions
Step 1
Firstly add the liquid into the blender: Water or unsweetened plant-based milk. Also add 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice (= half a lemon)
Step 2
Now add the green veggies: zucchini, celery and then spinach on top.
Step 3
Blend the veggies and liquids as smooth as you can. (Doesn't need to be perfect)
Step 4
Scop in the chia seeds, activated charcoal and the frozen banana.
Step 5
Blend again, very thoroughly. Start in a low setting, and work yourself up. Help out with the tamper, to avoid the banana clumps smashing against the blender.
Step 6
Finally, add the frozen blackberries into the blender, on a lower setting.
Step 7
If you like, add honey (or maple syrup) and ice before blending everything smooth on a low to medium setting.
