Step 1
I use 2 boards, once i put it in the big pyrex and transported
Step 2
For the arranging - I started with placing the dips where I wanted then and then laying crackers leaning on them and then filling in the soft things in sections so that things were different color/type than the thing next to it.

I feel like dips made all the difference - people were very into these
