Instructions
Step 1
Heat large saucepot or dutch oven with oil and brown chicken on all sides with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Remove chicken from pot and add onion, cook until softened.
Step 3
Add all spices and cook for a few minutes.
Step 4
Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Step 5
Add coconut milk, chicken stock, oyster sauce, and brown sugar.
Step 6
Return chicken to pot, bring to a simmer and cook until chicken is 165 degree's F.
Step 7
Add peas and cook just until heated.
Step 8
Serve with white rice.
