Step 1
Heat drizzle of oil in lg. pan over med.-high heat & add pork. Cook (4-6 min.), breaking up meat into pieces, until browned & cooked through. (Pour out any excess grease in pan.)
Step 2
Stir scallion whites & coleslaw mix into pork; cook until just tender (2-3 min.) • Stir in sweet soy glaze, hoisin, & chili sauce until thoroughly combined; remover from heat. Taste season with lime juice & salt/pepper.
Step 3
Add 1T butter to rice & fluff rice with fork. Divide rice between bowls & top with moo shu pork. Sprinkle with scallion greens & sesame seeds. Serve with remaining lime wedges on side.
