Konja’s chicken wings recipe

This recipe doesn’t have precise proportions, and for success pat chicken really dry and do a lot of looking at the chicken

Instructions

Step 1
Mix in the cup: 1. Soy souce 2. Oil 3. Paprica 4. Chili powder 5. Garlic powder 6. All spices you have 7. Chicken seasoning (Thyme, onion, black pepper, rosemay, majorand) 8. Don’t give basic and oregano

Wash chicken wings

Step 3
Dry with the towel (actual towel not paper towel) so that they are completely dry (this is a crucial step)!!!
Step 4
4. Salt and pepper chicken wings, and add the cup mix to them, and put them for at least an hour (or as long as overnight) into the fridge to marinate
Step 5
Heat the oven to 350. Drain the liquid and pat the chicken dry again with an actual towel — very important!!!
Step 6
Cook at 350 in oven. When they are almost ready (a little crunchy skin, 20-25 minutes), add honey
Step 7
3. Continue cooking for 5-10 minutes. Make sure not to burn honey
