Nasi Goreng and Marinated Chicken

Instructions

For the Marinated Chicken:

Step 1
Add all of the ingredients together in a freezer bag and leave in fridge for as long as possible.
Step 2
When ready heat a little oil in a pan on a high heat. Fry chicken on both sides until cooked.
Step 3
Don't move it about to start with, then turn down heat to medium once sealed.

For the Nasi Goreng:

Step 4
Cook rice, leave to cool.
Step 5
Heat oil, add chopped shallots. Turn heat down so they don't brown.
Step 6
Add chillis and garlic, fry until soft. Add soy sauce, kecap Manis and sugar.
Step 7
Add the rice, fry until hot. Mix in chicken and spring onion.
Step 8
Fry eggs, serve on top
