Step 1
Cook the tteok for 2min.
Step 2
Skewer 4 tteok on one skewer. Repeat with the other tteok.
Step 3
Combine all the other ingredients in a bowl except for the sesame oil.
Step 4
Heat the sesame oil in a pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the skewers and fry for 2-3min until crispy. Then flip the skewers and fry for the same time again.
Step 5
Reduce the heat to medium and pour in the sauce. Let it caramelize for 1-2min.
