Instructions
Step 1
Cut chicken into thin strips, and marinate chicken with chicken marinade ingredients.
Step 2
Cut green pepper and red pepper into thin strips. Slice green onions, and set them aside.
Step 3
In a large pan over medium-high heat, add oil and garlic.
Step 4
Add chicken, and cook for about 4 minutes.
Step 5
Add red pepper, green pepper, bamboo shoot, green onion, and cook for about 4 minutes.
Step 6
Add sauce mixture, and coat meat and vegetables with the sauce.
Step 7
Add sesame and sesame oil, and serve with cilantro.
