Mom's Stuffing Recipe
Mom's stuffing recipe. Can be made in a pan or stuffin muffins. Remember to put a sheet pan on rack underneath muffins to catch butter drips. 4X recipe=1 loaf bread
If using king sized loaves, can get one less on 16X recipe. 4X recipe makes about 2 dozen stuffin muffins

Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter in large skillet. Add onion and celery, cook until tender.
Step 2
In large bowl, pour butter and veggie mixture over bread cubes. Mix well.
Step 3
Combine beaten eggs, milk, salt, pepper and parsley in separate bowl.
Step 4
Pour egg mixture over bread cubes. Mix well
Can put on fridge at this point if you make the mix the day before you need to bake them.
Step 5
Bake in 325 degree oven until top is browned. Can cook at 350 degrees in 13X9 pan or muffin tins
