Instructions

Step 1
In a pan, put the oil and butter

Fry the porkchop 4-5 minutes per side

Once done set aside

In the same pan, add the garlic and onion

Add the mushrooms

Add 1 can cream of mushroom

Add water to dilute the sauce

Stir continuously for about 2-3 minutes

Add the fried porkchop
Step 10
Simmer for 10 minutes
Step 11
Serve and enjoy!
