Instructions

Step 1
Cook rice in rice pot, should take about 8-9 cups for this amount of meat
Step 2
While rice is cooking: dice onion and green bell pepper
Step 3
Sprinkle some worcestershire sauce on top of the onions and bell peppers and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper. Set aside.
Step 4
Trim chicken thighs (doesn't have to be perfect) and slice into thin strips
Step 5
Season sliced chicken with worcestershire sauce, a few dashes of Louisiana Hot Sauce, 1 Tbsp pork seasoning (Butt & Rib Tickler), 1 Tbsp Tonys, 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp onion powder, and 1 tsp black pepper. Set aside.
Step 6
In a large pot (6-7 qt) put your butter and garlic in and melt over high heat.
Step 7
Once melted, Add ground beef, pork, and chicken into pot (I like to add about 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper). Note - If you used anything over 15% fat, you will need to drain grease after meat is browned
Step 8
Season ground beef and pork with Worcestershire sauce, 1 Tpsb steak seasoning, 1 Tbsp Tonys, 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp onion powder, and 1 tsp black pepper
Step 9
place your onion and bell pepper mix in. Cook for about 20-25 mins over medium heat. Add beef/chicken broth to keep from sticking/drying out
Step 10
reduce heat to low and add in some rice (about half of what you cooked)
Step 11
Next add in 1 can of cream of chicken and 1 can of cream of mushroom.
Step 12
Pour about 1/2 cup chicken broth on top and then stir. Taste at this point to see if you need more salt (Tony's)
Step 13
Add in more rice, stirring as you go
Step 14
you want to watch your consistency - the more rice you add the more cream of chicken & mushroom / chicken broth you will need
Step 15
The consistency when finished should be creamy without turning into soup.
Step 16
Cut green onions with scissors over pot, about 1/4 of the onions, then stir. Leave on low heat for another 15-20 mins to thicken the consistency
