Instructions

Step 1
Preheat over to 225F. Mix rinsed and dried kale pieces with oil and seasonings. Spread on baking sheet(s) with minimal touching. Bake for 15 mins and then lightly toss. Bake for another 5-10 more or until kale is crispy and slightly golden. Watch closely as it can burn easily! Remove and let cool slightly.
