Instructions
Step 1
Blend or mix all the ingredients for the batter
Step 2
Pour into a mould and microwave for about 1 minute or bake at 180C for 15mins or until a toothpick comes out clean
Step 3
Let the cake cool, mean while mix together the ingredients for the frosting (cream cheese works well but use fat free yogurt for fewer cals)
Step 4
Spread frosting over cooled cake, add any toppings of choice
