Instructions

Preheat the convection oven to 180 degrees Celsius

Remove the veins from the kale

Wash the leaves, pat dry with a clean tea towel and tear into pieces

Mix the leaves with olive oil, soy sauce and sesame seeds in a large bowl

Clean the garlic, squeeze with a garlic press and add to the kale

Toss everything together and spread over a baking tray lined with parchment paper
