Harissa Chicken with Halloumi stuffed Mushrooms

Instructions
Step 1
Mix the harissa, garlic, ginger and pepper in a bowl. Add the chicken, stir to coat and leave to marinade for at least 20 minutes
Step 2
Remove the stalks from the mushrooms
Step 3
Mix the remaining ingredients together the share equally amongst the mushrooms
Step 4
To cook in the oven, place on trays and bake in a 200 degree oven for 15-20 minutes
Step 5
To cook in the Foodi, preheat on air crisp, 160 for 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms to the pot, then add the rack on the higher position with the chicken on top. Air crisp for 15 minutes.
