Instructions

Step 1
Pre heat oven to 350°

Cutting and braiding fish

Step 2
Cut lemons in to slices to cover the botton of a oven safe pan. lay in a single layer in the pan

Next lay salmon on a flat cutting borad. Cut length wise into 3 to 4 slices leaving a small piece at the top to hold in tack.

Step 4
Starting from the left fold the slice over the middle piece and under the right. Then take the right piece and fold it under the middle piece and then the middle piece under the now right piece and continue down the fish.

Seasoning

Step 5
Melt 1 stick of unsalted butter. Add herbs (dry or fresh and chopped). Add Old bay seasoning. Mix well

Slice 1/2 of salted butter and put to the side

Assembly

Step 7
Place braided salmon on to the lemon lined baking dish.

Pour butter mixture on top spreading evenly
Step 9
Place slices of slated butter on top of the salmon before placing in the oven

Place in a heated oven at 350° Bake for 30mins or until flaking with a flork
