Instructions
Step 1
Cut beef and coat in cornstarch and baking soda
Step 2
Deep fry for ~3 mins
Step 3
Finely slice garlic and ginger, and fry until fragrant
Step 4
Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, water, and brown sugar
Step 5
Use a cornstarch and water slurry to thicken
Step 6
Add the beef, and toss to coat. Add scallions, dried chilli, and sesame seeds to garnish
Step 7
Serve over cooked noodles
