Instructions
Step 1
Pour coconut milk and sugar into a saucepan. Heat it up on medium heat and gently stir all the time until sugar has dissolved and milk starts to boil.
Step 2
In a pot, pour in the water and heat until it starts to boil.
Step 3
Add the agar powder to the water and heat until it dissolves.
Step 4
Pour coconut mixture and agar mixture into a glass mould and let cool.
Step 5
Chill for at least 5 hours.
