I made these for my toddler, but we all know they’re for me too. They’re simple + delicious. I like to freeze them, and bring them out to eat as needed.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F. If frozen, remove mini tart shells from freezer and let thaw for 10 minutes. You can usually find pre-made tart shells in the freezer section of your grocery store, but you can always buy the tins and make them yourself if you prefer.
Step 2
Wash 1 cup of broccoli, and steam. I place the broccoli in a bowl with 2 tbsp water and microwave for 2 minutes. Drain + dice up broccoli.
Step 3
In a bowl combine eggs, milk, cheese, broccoli and either 1/2 tsp herbamare or 1/4 tsp salt. Mix to combine. Then distribute 2-3 tbsp of egg mixture into tart shells.
Step 4
Bake tarts for 25-30 minutes, just until eggs are cooked through. Remove from the oven and let cool.
