Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°
Step 1
In lg. bowl, combine butter, vinegar, mustard, paprika, & pepper; spread over chicken.
Step 2
Place in greased 11”x7” baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Step 3
Bake, uncovered, (15 min.); sprinkle with cashews. Bake (7-12 min. longer) until chicken juices run clear & topping is golden brown.
Step 4
HINT: To make soft bread crumbs, tear bread into pieces and place in a food processor or blender. Cover and pulse until crumbs form. One slice of bread yields 1/2 to 3/4 cup crumbs.
