Step 1
1. Dice onion and chop vegetables into small bite size pieces (shred cabbage)
2. Heat oil in a large pot, fry onion and garlic until onion is transparent
3. Add curry powder and fry for about 1 minute
4. Add carrot, celery and mushrooms and cook until vegetables soften
5. Add stock, water, hoisin and soy sauce, and rice bring to the boil
6. Add peas, beans and cabbage
7. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered stirring occasionally until vegetables are soft
