Step 1
defrost beef in refrigerator
Step 2
combine marinade ingredients in large bowl
Step 3
marinate for at least 2 hours
Step 4
cook on hot pan (preferably grill pan) 2 minutes per side (do not over crowd, cook in batches) (place beef in with tongs to avoid too much moisture and allow beef to char and caramelize)

add sesame seeds and chives or green oinions after cooking
