300gchickpeas canned
or soak raw chickpeas with half a tablespoon of baking soda overnight and boil until they can be crushed by hand

1 teaspoonsalt

¼ teaspoonwhite pepper

50gTahini

¼ teaspooncumin powder

1 spoonLemon juice

Instructions
Step 1

Prepare 1 tspoon of extra virgin olive oil, 4 garlic cloves (mashed), 2g chopped thyme, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, 1/4 teaspoon of hot sauce, 300g chickpeas (canned or soak raw chickpeas with half a tablespoon of baking soda overnight and boil until they can be crushed by hand), 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper, 50g tahini, 1/4 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1 spoon of lemon juice, 4/5 cup of water.
Step 2
Open top lid, add all ingredients into the grinding chamber, and close the lid tightly.
Step 3
Tap the "Start/Stop" button, tap the "menu" button to select the "Sauce" function.
Step 4
Tap the "Start/Stop" button to start making, and use a whisk to assist in stirring. Observe after completion. If there are obvious bean-like shapes, use the "Sauce" function again, and serve when finished.
