Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C

Blend your cottage cheese in a bowl

Add eggs, flour, a pinch of salt and ½ tsp of oregano. Mix together all the ingredients until well combined.
Step 4
Pour the mixture on to a prepared sheet pan. Keep in mind that the recipe is for 2 pieces.
Step 5
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden. Add your toppings of choice and bake for another 10 minutes.
