You can use this versatile sauce with any protein. Add Asian vegetables with chicken or tofu; red, orange, or green bell peppers with steak strips for pepper steak; or use it as a marinade with tofu or fish to be baked or cooked on the stovetop. Tip: when peeling fresh ginger, reach for a spoon before a knife or vegetable peeler.
