Instructions

Step 1
Put meatballs into slow cooker and add in mushrooms and sliced onions on top
Step 2
In a separate bowl or measuring cup add beef broth, gravy packets and seasonings whisk to combine.
Step 3
Pour over meatballs and stir to evenly coat everything
Step 4
Set slow cooker for on high for 3 hours. Stir halfway to ensure even cooking
Step 5
After 3 hours remove meatballs and pan sear for flavor. While meatballs sear add in corn starch slurry and whisk until sauce thickens.
Step 6
Add meatballs back in and serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
