Lovingly named "Blue Bellies" because you'll eat so many that your stomach hurts! Delicious country biscuits, and no matter how hard I try they never taste just like grandma's but they're pretty close!

Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour and buttermilk.
Step 2
Break off dough into biscuit sizes and lightly roll in flour. Only roll a few times or biscuits will be tough.
Step 3
Add oil to biscuit pan, about 2-4 tablespoons.
Step 4
Place biscuits in pan and spoon oil over the tops.
Step 5
Bake at 400 until brown, about 10-15 minutes
