Instructions
Step 1
In a pan over medium low heat, drizzle extra virgin olive, add garlic cloves, chopped chilli and lemon zest. Sizzle for a couple of minutes.
Step 2
Add the juice of 1 lemon and let it evaporate for a couple of minutes, or until it starts loosing the acidity.
Step 3
Add heavy cream, a pinch of salt and let your sauce simmer for a couple of minutes.
Step 4
In the meantime, boil your linguine in some salted water, drain and add it to your spicy lemon sauce.
Step 5
Toss well over the heat to combine all the flavours together, adding some pasta water if necessary.
Step 6
Serve with some more lemon zest and chillies on top. Buon appetito!
