Instructions
Step 1
Cook ravioli to package instructions.
Step 2
In a pan, melt the olive oil with butter over medium heat. Add garlic, spices, and tomato purée and sauté for about 1 minute.
Step 3
Add cream and continue to stir. Add pasta water as necessary to loosen up the sauce.
Step 4
Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted. Continue adding more pasta water to loosen.
Step 5
Fold in cooked ravioli and serve!
