Instructions

Step 1
Put everything in the slow cooker and cook on high 4-5 hours or low 7-8 hours. Or put everything into a pressure cooker and cook on high pressure 20 minutes (or 30 if frozen).
Step 2
Serve as a main meat with a side of veggies. OR Serve as burritos (tortillas, lettuce, tomato). OR Serve as a bowl with grain(rice, quinoa, pasta), beans, and a veg.
