Ingredients

low-calorie cooking spray
4 x 60ggluten-free seeded wholemeal roll
1red chilli
deseeded and thinly sliced, to garnish, optional
500gextra-lean minced pork
4spring onions
trimmed and thinly sliced, plus a little reserved for garnish
1 tspgarlic granules
1 tspchipotle chilli flakes
1 tspsmoked paprika
1zest of lime
1 Tbspfresh coriander
chopped
sea salt
freshly ground pepper
75gmixed side salad

15gmayonnaise

Instructions
Step 1
Place all the burger ingredients in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and mix together until well combined.
Step 2
Divide into four equal-sized portions and shape into burgers, around 5cm (in) thick.
Step 3
Spray a heavy-based griddle pan with low-calorie cooking spray and place on a high heat.
Step 4
When hot, add the burgers to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Cut the wholemeal or gluten-free bread rolls in half and if you like, char the cut sides of the rolls on a griddle pan.
Step 6
Place the burgers in the buns along with some salad and mayonnnaise, and top with spring onion and chilli, if liked.
