Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit

Line a 14”x9” baking sheet with aluminum foil and place an even layer of graham crackers across the bottom. You may need to cut the crackers to get them to fit the tray perfectly.

Melt the butter in a small sauce pan on medium-low heat. Once melted, gradually add the brown sugar, whisking as you go until fully combined.

Drizzle the caramel mixture over the graham crackers and immediately use a spatula to spread the mixture evenly.

Put the tray in the oven until the caramel is bubbling profusely - around 5 minutes.

Remove the tray from the oven and switch off. This will cool the oven temperature enough for the next step. Let the tray sit until caramel is no longer bubbling. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly across the top.

Return the tray to the oven (now switched off and cooled slightly) until the chocolate chips are fully melted and glistening - about 4 minutes.

Remove the tray and use your spatula to gently spread the chocolate over the entire tray. Don’t press too hard or the chocolate will mix with the caramel layer underneath.

Sprinkle the chopped walnuts evenly over the chocolate. Put in freezer until solid - at least 2 hours.

Remove from freezer and peel off the foil. Cut to your desired size and enjoy! Store in fridge between snacking.
