Instructions
Step 1
Cut up the rhubarb and strawberries into small chunks and pour into baking pan (smaller than 9 × 13 makes it deeper).
Step 2
Add the cane sugar and cinnamon and mix well with the fruit.
Step 3
In a separate bowl mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt together.
Step 4
Add to that bowl the butter, cut into very small cubes, and mix with a fork.
Step 5
Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the fruit.
Step 6
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.
Step 7
Serve warm with ice cream.
