1 lbsausage
spicy, non spicy, skin removed if purchased like that
1white onion
chopped not too thin
4Green onions
sliced
Olive oil

Celery

3cans of crushed tomato
large cans, try at least one with basil added
1 bottlepuree
1 tubetomato paste
white wine
sea salt
oregano
Rosemary
dried
Crushed red peppers
optional
1 stickButter
Instructions
Step 1
Fry onion, green onions, garlic, red pepper (and celery, carrots) over olive oil (lots) on high, stir regularly.
Step 2
Add sausage and parsley and basil to food processor - blend/chop until mixed well.
Step 3
Add mixture to vegetables on stove (first step).
Step 4
Add 3 cans of crushed tomato to stove mixture.
Step 5
Rinse cans with white wine and add to sauce.
Step 6
Start cooking for at least 90 minutes.
Step 7
Add Mutti puree, rinsed with white wine to sauce.
Step 8
Mix tomato paste with white wine in a separate pan, heat to boiling
Step 9
Add sea salt (not too much), oregano, dried rosemary to sauce in pan.
Step 10
Add crushed red peppers (optional)
Step 11
Add paste to sauce.
Step 12
Add 1 stick of butter to sauce.
