Ingredients
4 servings

2 cupsheavy cream

1 cupgraham crumbs

1 x 14 ozcan sweetened condensed milk

Oreo
or chocolate wafer crumbs

2 tspvanilla
Honeycomb
Instructions
Honey Comb
Step 1
Line 8x8 pan with parchment. Measure baking soda.
Step 2
Combine sugar, water, corn syrup and honey in sauce pan over medium heat, once boiling stop stirring.
Step 3
Shake pan to prevent burn and cook until clean and 300 degrees
Step 4
Turn off heat and stir in baking soda. Quickly transfer to pan sheet and let cool for ~30 min. dip in melted chocolate
Ice Cream
Step 5
Whip cream, graham and vanilla until stiff.
Step 6
Fold in sweetened condensed milk.
Step 7
Fold in honeycomb. Pour half into 8x8 dish and sprinkle cookie crumbs. cover with remaining crumbs
Step 8
Freeze
